Medium to full bodied wine. Bright, intense cherry red in colour with hints of violet.

Intense and highly complex on the nose, with red and black forest fruit notes, and hints of aromatic herbs, hot spices and purple flowers.

Taste:

Powerful, velvety and well structured on the palate, with
dominant, ripe red and black forest fruit hints, creating a highly complex, well-balanced wine.

Finish:

Pleasant, long and lingering, with a well-balanced finish, fruit of the Grenache and Syrah varieties.

Roast and barbecued red meat, meat and fish stews, game, pulses and Spanish cold meats.
